PROFESSIONAL BOARD WORK:
Based on many years of professional experience at management level in lager international companies in the Nordic region, we offer to engage at board level with focus on digital transformation, change and / or acquisitions.
We offer strategic consultancy to companies large as well as medium size, with a focus on achieving bottom line results due to digital transformation, major change projects or in connection with acquisitions and mergers.
STRATEGIC AND OPERATIONEL MARKETING:
We offer support to companies in their efforts to establish or strengthen their position in the Nordic markets. We have experience with 'go2market' strategies and expansion within the Nordic and Baltic countries.
With experience from e.g. Copenhagen Business School (CBS) we can offer mentoring or coaching at various levels of the organization. We are right now developing a leadership training course targeting managers appointed for the first time in their carrier. Later in 2017 we can offer one-2-one physical trainer programs.
Our Delivery Model
ENGAGEMENT MODEL PHASES: PURPOSE AND KEY DELIVERABLES
The Key Model features three phases that progress from assets in the current state, to defining the landing zone for success to driving aligned actions and results:
- Grounding — Understanding strengths, weakness and the current challenge
- Strategy Charette — Defining success, understanding the specific change agenda to drive it, and creating the posture to achieve it
- Detailed Solutioning and Synthesis — Targeted, iterative action on the ground to solution for agreed results and synthesis of learnings about what works, why and how to build on it.
This is a targeted learning model that builds capability in the organisation based on creating successes, energising teams and generating urgency, creativity and drive for sustained achievement. The model is repeatable and open to be adaptable to address the specifics of the challenge at hand.
